overall Dr Sunny is a kind, super thoughtful dr. He will explains questions you have. However, I had to wait long time for follow up appointment and there seems to be some miscommunication between the front desk and the doctor's schedule because he took long to help me every time we have an appointment. Let say appointment scheduled on 1pm; he will not call or handle you until 1.45pm, which is sometimes frustrating to wait too long.

I was there for the GI Endoscopy. The staff is very courteous. The whole procedure is about 4 hour. I don't remember most of it. I don't even remember how I got dress. But I got home in one piece.

From the beginning the nurse Elizabeth from the front desk was so sweet and polite she made the process quick. Nurse Sandra who walked me in and took care of the I V and explained everything to me was wonderful. The other two nurses in the room were all great . And thank you to dr Sunny Lo.

This is for a colooscopy. Relatively quick and painless. Although, the prep solution said to use at least 2 hours before appointment, it really needs to be at least 4 hours.'

Despite being very busy, Dr. Lo squeezed me into his appointment times and did my procedure within a week!!! He is professional and kind and his staff went out of their way to get me in as I was urgent. Even though they overscheduled me because I was in need, I only waited about 30 minutes.

Overall a positive experience with Dr. Lo and staff. I appreciate the "Purge" started at 6pm the day before the procedure. Only drinking 2 cupfuls of the "solution" is much better than my previous experience where I had to start a full day before and had a LOT more solution to drink.

I was slower than becausey first time doing this kind of "follow instruction " to the t . She was very patient with my slowness & not yell at me. Thank you for that. Office is a little crowded the day I came . Pple were waiting hallway due to the office space smaller....haven't done any procedures yet but the Dr seems confident. Everybody was great and professional except for the two male nurses inside the colonoscopy room, they did not introduce themselves or explained what they were going to do, I jumped as a surprise reaction when one male nurse was cleaning the area, like I said without explanation, he could have just simply say, hi I’m such and such, imma clean the area, your gonna feel wet or cold, or just simply, I’m going to clean the area, To me he was very unprofessional because I was scared and thought that he was going to insert something inside me already, I even told him to wait until I was out unconscious.

It was a great experience. Dr. Lo was awesome. The process was simple and easy. Highly recommend! Great and professional.
